Mr. Prabhakar Pramod Jha is a Non-Executive Director at Credenfin Consultant Group and a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in managerial roles within a government organization.

He holds multiple academic qualifications including LLB, BMS, MBA, MSc, and MFA, along with several prestigious professional credentials. He is a Registered Valuer (IBBI), an Insolvency Professional Examination qualifier (IBBI), Fellow Chartered Valuer, F.I.I.V (IIV), and holds a PG Diploma in ADR Law. He has also cleared the Independent Director Examination (MCA) and holds a fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India. Additionally, he is a qualified Surveyor and Loss Assessor (Fire, Miscellaneous, and Marine), Chartered Financial Analyst, and Social Auditor. He is also a four-time continuous Certificate of Merit holder from IBBI.

Mr. Jha is actively engaged as a faculty member with various Registered Valuer Organisations (RVOs) of IBBI, including ICMAI RVO, PVAI RVO, IIV RVF, CEV RVO, and AaRVF. He provides training across all three asset classes—Land & Building, Plant & Machinery, and Securities or Financial Assets.

He is also associated as a committee member with several RVOs and contributes to professional education by teaching courses on valuation, insolvency law, and Surveyor & Loss Assessor programs. He has successfully conducted numerous batches for valuation examinations, insolvency examinations, Surveyor and Loss Assessor certification, Social Auditor certification, and GDC&A exam preparation.

Through his training initiatives, he has mentored and guided a wide range of professionals, including Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CSs), Cost Accountants (CMAs), Engineers, and Advocates.
